Our Team

Mittineague Children’s Center's staff are experienced and dedicated to the success of your child's early learning experience. Many of our staff are Teacher Certified by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. We are continually working as a team towards attaining a higher level of education in early childhood development.

Greg Sienko- Center Licensee

Greg is a founding member of Mittineague Children's Center and has been involved as a board member for over 20 years. Greg has a background in business management.

Lorena Sienko- Executive Director

Lorena is one of the founding staff members of Mittineague Children's Center over 20 years ago. Lorena has many years of experience in sales and marketing as well as management.

Kate O'Neil- Director

Kate has worked her way up from Assistant Teacher all the way to Director over her 15 year tenure at Mittineague Children's Center. Kate is currently persuing her Master's Degree from Fitchburg State University and holds a B.S. from Westfield State University.

Kelly Hadley- Assistant Director

Kelly joined the Mittineague Children's Center staff in the spring of 2023, but has been working in early education since 2016. Kelly is currently persuing a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
